We started out in
property management because of the requirements of
our original manufacturing business. The first properties
we owned were our company premises and they were
run to meet our needs as tenants as well as owners.
We had to be hands-on managers to ensure that our
whole business ran smoothly.
Today, our property business has
moved on, but we have retained that hands-on approach
to all the properties that we own. We have considerable
experience in running multi-let, secondary properties.
This style of management has been successful, resulting
in consistently high levels of occupancy and tenants
who stay with us as their business grows.
We have a simple and flexible
attitude to leasing. As well as leases, we can
also offer a home-grown licence or tenancy at will,
meaning that a tenant can move into premises in
a very few days. We have our own maintenance team
and can rapidly refit or refurbish properties to
tenants’ requirements as part of a deal.
