Although development is a relatively
new area of business for us, having only started in 1998, we
have expanded rapidly and are currently committed directly
to development projects with a value in excess of £75
million. In 2000, we formed a Joint Venture with St. Modwen
Properties plc ( www.stmodwen.co.uk )
one of the leading regeneration specialists in the UK. This
partnership is developing the three phases of the St. Matthew’s
Quarter in Walsall Town Centre (please see projects for further
