Goold Estates have transformed the building in Oldbury in a £1.7m refurbishment providing 36,252 sq ft of high quality office space.  The first phase of works completed in August 2011 and the accountancy firm Crowe Clark Whitehill moved in immediately, opening a new business centre for the Midlands by taking 10,756 sq ft, the entire first floor.
