Dominic Goold
Managing Director

After working in the city of London, Dominic joined the Goold Group in 1998 when the business was predominantly focussed on the manufacturing of saddles and leather goods. Dominic has been behind the move into property, both in asset management and development. Dominic completed a buyout of all the other shareholders in the Group in 2006.

Dominic is actively involved in the property business from day-to-day management to looking for further opportunities to grow the company. He is also a director of Norton & Proffitt Developments Ltd, a joint venture with St. Modwen Properties plc (www.stmodwen.co.uk)

Away from the office Dominic is interested in wine and is a keen cyclist and triathlete.

Roberto Hita
Property Manager

Roberto is originally from Madrid but has lived in the UK for seven years. Roberto joined Goold Estates in 2007 from Lidl supermarkets, having previously worked for telecoms company Tecatel-Philips.

Roberto is responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio from leasing to maintenance. He also manages our in-house repair team, supervising facilities management and preventative maintenance of our properties.

When not at work Roberto enjoys walking, theatre and is involved in his local church.

Katrina Stocks
Office Manager

Katrina joined Goold Estates in 2008 after more than 10 years with Tribal Group plc.

Katrina manages the property office and deals with credit control, leasing and financial reporting.

When she is not busy being a full-time working mum, Katrina is keen on live music.

Sue Bates
Administrator

Apart from a year out working for a firm of solicitors, Sue has been with the company for 12 years.

Amongst many other things, Sue is responsible for producing our in-house legal work and liaison with our lawyers when needed.

Outside work Sue likes walking, cycling and visiting National Trust Properties.

Lynne Rollins
Administrator

Lynne joined Goold Estates in 1998 and although she left the business in 2001 she rejoined us in 2004 and has been with us ever since.

Lynne is mainly responsible for dealing with the various utility companies that supply to our properties, dealing with connections, new supplies and all billing enquiries.

Lynne has an active social life and is always up for good night out!

Jenny Preston
Secretary

Jenny started with the Goold Group in 2000 and has been the secretary/PA to the directors ever since.

As well as her work in Goold Estates, Jenny works for an associated company, E Jeffries and Sons Ltd (www.ejeffries.co.uk) where she is involved in marketing and is the secretary to the MD.

Jenny is a keen gardener.

Alan Williams
Non Executive Director

Alan joined Goold Estates in 2006 after more than 30 years at St Modwen Properties plc where he was Investment Property Director. Alan was also a Director with Peel Holdings Ltd.

Alan brings a wealth of experience to the business and advises the company on a wide range of asset management issues. Alan is actively involved in the finding and acquisition of new properties.

Alan is also involved in running his own property company, Hillgrove Developments and in supporting his daughter's equestrian career.
